DBACockpit not working after SP upgrade

Hi everyone,

I recently applied support pack 12,13 and 14 for SAP_BASIS component. A note about failing jobs in DB13 was specified in the known errors of support packages. When I started DB13 to configure the jobs, I got an empty DBA Cockpit and the following errors:

Database is not yet configured for monitoring

46 actions disabled. Reason: monitor objects missing

47 actions disabled. Reason: database release limitations

An error occurred when processing system

Error in ' CL_DB6_TREE_NAVIGATOR=========CP CL_DB6_TREE_NAVIGATOR=========CM012 ' with return code Operation not supported

     Could not start with system

     Check the system registration.

I checked several sap notes but none seem to fix the error that I'm gettng. Most of them says that the fix is in SP13. The system is already in SP14. I checked the production system adn everything is working fine there. So i believe it has something to do with the SP application.

According to sap note 1027146, I should b on the latest kernel patch (curent patch level is 133) . But since the cockpit is empty, I can't find these options:

Start the DBA Cockpit and select 'Jobs -> Central Calendar'.

Select 'Administration -> Migrate DB13C Configuration'.

The system now automatically generates new entries for the DBA Cockpit.

Can anyone suggest how to fix this?

Thanks,

Sheryl
